摘　　要：外感咳嗽一年四季皆可发生,虽属常见病,但经常见因治不得法而经久不愈者。刘景源教授认为治疗外感咳嗽以宣肺为第一要义,麻黄是宣肺治咳的第一要药。他借鉴前人经验,自拟"治咳八味汤",多年来以此方加减治疗外感咳嗽疗效显著,治疗哮病发作期亦有良好疗效。Exogenous cough can happen throughout the year, although a common disease, it is easy to see patients with it for long time due to the inappropriate treatment.Professor LIU Jingyuan thinks that in the treatment of exogenous cough, the priority is the dispersing lung qi, and ephedra is the most important herb of dispersing lung qi.According to the previous experience, he has made “Zhike Baweitang”, which has been applied to exogenous cough for years.The results has proved that Bawei Zhiketang has extraordinary effect in treating not only exogenous cough, but also asthma during the period of asthma at-tack.
