摘　　要：目的具体研究Espin的结构域与whirlin全长在体外细胞的相互作用。方法通过免疫共沉淀方法进一步研究Espin的多个结构域与whirlin全长在体外细胞的相互作用。结果在HEK293细胞中,Espin-A结构域、espin-P结构域与whirlin全长相互作用,espin M、espin WH结构域没有和whirlin全长存在相互作用。结论Espin WH结构域抑制whirlin全长与espin M结构域在体外细胞相互作用。Objective Studing the association between Multiple regions of espin and whirlin in vitro.MethodsTransfecting espin_A domain,espin_P domain,espin_WH,espin_M domain and whirlin-F in HEK293 cell,use whirlin antibody immunoprecipitate target protein.Results Identifying espin_A domain,espin_P domain interact with whirlinF.But espin_WH domain and espin_M domain did not.Conclusion Espin WH domain inhibit the association between espin ABM domain and whirlin.
