金水宝胶囊辅助治疗高血压病肾损害的疗效及对蛋白尿的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨分析金水宝胶囊辅助治疗高血压病肾损害的疗效及对蛋白尿的影响。方法：选择2012年4月-2014年3月来我院住院治疗的原发性高血压病患者180例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同,将所有患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组90例患者采用金水宝胶囊联合贝那普利的方法,对照组采用单用贝那普利的方法,3周后观察疗效。关注患者的血压变化情况、在治疗前后分别抽取静脉血检验肾功能及留取小便查24h尿蛋白等,评价疗效。结果：经不同的治疗方法,实验组总有效率94.4%,对照组总有效率74.4%。实验组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论：采用金水宝胶囊联合贝那普利治疗高血压病肾损害较单用贝那普利的治疗效果好,值得临床推广。objective： to study the advantages analysis of the treatment of Jinshuibao Capsule for hypertension and kidney damage. Methods： 180 selected cases from January 2012-March 2014 of hypertension and kidney damage were randomlydivided into two groups（control group and treatment group that each groups have 90 cases）,according to the different treatment methods, which control group received Benazepril treatment and the treatment group received together Benazepril and Jinshuibao Capsule treatment. After a course of 3 weeks, assessed the effect. Results： After different treatment, the total effective rate was 94.4% in treatment group; while the control group, the total effective rate was 74.4%. Conclusion： The treatment of together Benazepril and Jinshuibao Capsule to hypertension and kidney damage can produce better clinical efficacy than Benazepril treatment alone, and it is worthy of clinical use and promotion.
