摘　　要：在对可更新型资源施工成本构成结构分析的基础上,引入资源闲置成本评价指标,以提高项目资源成本的控制效力,完善资源均衡优化的工程经济意义,并以泵站算例印证该指标的有效性,改善资源均衡优化中的成本显现性。Based on the analysis of the structure of construction cost of renewable resources,an appraisal index for the cost of idle resources is introduced so as to enhance the control effectiveness of resource cost and to improve the engineering economic significance of the resource equilibrium optimization. Finally,the validity of the new index is verified through an example of a pumping station,and it may provide a new way for improving the problem of explicit cost in resource—leveling optimization.
