摘  要:在造纸法再造烟叶中加入不同量的碳酸钙,制作出4种试验样品,并测定了4种样品的物理指标与常规烟气指标,分析了随碳酸钙添加量的增加,造纸法再造烟叶样品物理性能与常规烟气指标的变化规律。结果表明:随着碳酸钙添加量增加,定量明显增大,填充值先增加后逐渐降低,抗张强度、耐破强度和松厚度指标均降低,说明碳酸钙添加量对造纸法再造烟叶片基和产品物理指标有较大影响。从常规烟气指标分析看出,碳酸钙添加量较高时,片基CO、焦油、总粒相物和抽吸口数都较低,CO和焦油释放量的比值变化不大;而随着碳酸钙添加量的增加,再造烟叶抽吸口数、总粒相物、CO、烟气烟碱、焦油、烟气水分都呈先下降后上升趋势,碳酸钙添加量30%时,常规烟气各指标达到最小值。这一结果表明,可以在保证再造烟叶感官质量和加工性能的前提下,通过适当增加碳酸钙添加量的方法降低再造烟叶CO释放量。Four kinds of film base and PRT were produced by adding different amount of calcium carbonate in PRT. The physical properties and smoke indexes of the samples were analyzed. The effect of content of calcium carbonate on physical and smoke of PRT were studied. Results indicated that as content of calcium carbonate increase, the grammage of both film base and PRT increases, filling value present first increase and decrease subsequently, and tensile strength, burst strength and bulk indexes all decreased, which illustrates that content of calcium carbonate has important implications for physical indexes of film base and PRT. On the other hand, a higher content of calcium carbonate would lead to lower carbon monoxide, tar, total particulate matter and puff number in film base smoke, the efffect of content of calcium carbonate on CO/tar ratio was smaller. As content of calcium carbonate increases, the puff number, total particulate matter, carbon monoxide, nicotine, tar and moisture present first decrease and increase subsequently trend in PRT smoke, all smoke indexes reached to the minimum value when the content of calcium carbonate was 30% in PRT. Under the condition of ensuring sensory quality and processability of PRT, carbon monoxide of PRT can be reduced by increasing content of calcium carbonate.
