摘  要:研究了羧甲基纤维素(CMC)在湿部系统的应用,分析了其对打浆、助留助滤、成纸物理指标的影响。结果显示:浆料中添加一定量CMC后较容易打浆;CMC在湿部系统应用有助于提高细小纤维和填料的留着,但对滤水有不利影响,且当用量超过2kg/t浆时影响较严重;CMC能有效提高成纸物理强度,随着C M C用量的增加成纸物理强度逐渐升高,用量超过1.5kg/t浆后,变化趋缓。综合分析,CMC在抄纸湿部系统的用量为1.5kg/t浆时较合适。Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) were used in wet end of papermaking system, the effect on beating, retention and drainage, physical index were studied. The results indicated that it is easier to beat pulp after adding a certain amount of CMC, and the retention of fines and filler are improved, but the drainage of pulp gets worse. The physical index of paper were improved obviously, the strength of paper increased gradually by the increase of CMC dosage, but the change slowed down while the dosage of CMC exceeded 1.5kg/t. The appropriate amount of CMC proved to be 1.5kg per ton pulp through comprehensivc analysis.
