摘　　要：随着劳动力成本不断增加、原材料价格不断上涨、客户对产品质量要求不断提高,无碳复写纸类产品已经处于微利状态。因此,必须对现有无碳复写纸设备的潜能进行深度挖掘,进一步降低消耗,提高产品品质,减少人工成本,将凹纹辊式单面涂布改为双面涂布的升级改造已势在必行。本文介绍了由两台单面涂布的凹纹辊式涂布机改造为一台高性能双面涂布的凹纹辊式涂布机的改造方案,以及改造后产品质量的改善情况。With the increasing cost of labor, raw materials continue to rise, customers to product quality requirements are constantly increasing, and management of carbonless copy paper has been in a state of meager profit. Therefore, the potentials of existing equipment for carbonless paper must be excavated deeply, to further reduce consumption and improve product quality to reduce labor costs. The updating transformation from concave roller-type one-sided coating to two-sided coating is necessary and imperative.
