摘　　要：云技术具有强大的数据处理功能,能极大减少图书馆的开支及成本;加快整合数据资源,实现信息共享。但是云数据的安全、法制及管理问题也局限了我国图书馆云计算的应用与发展。图书馆要加强信息资源的安全存储与管理;切实提升云计算的应用水平;大力提升云数据的安全性与可靠性;制定统一的网络数据协议标准及管理法规;提升高校图书馆管理人员的综合素质,进一步推进图书馆管理的制度创新。Cloud technology has powerful data processing function that can greatly reduce library expenses and costs,integrate data resources and realize information sharing ,thus library in our country generalizes cloud computing,but cloud data security, legal institution and management limit the application and development of cloud computing of library in our country .Library should strengthen the safety storage and management of information resources, enhance the application level of cloud computing and the safety and reliability of cloud data, formulate unified network data protocol standards and regulations, improve the comprehensive quality of administrative staff in academic library and further promote the innovation of library management system.
