摘 要:为了改善环氧丙烯酸酯光固化膜的性能,以二苯基碘六氟磷酸盐(DPI·PF6)为引发剂,对甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)/环氧丙烯酸酯(EAR)进行自由基-阳离子混杂光固化。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)和原子力显微镜(AFM)研究了其固化过程和形态,并对GMA/EAR混杂固化膜的凝胶率、漆膜力学性能、热性能及动态力学行为进行了表征。结果表明:GMA/EAR混杂固化体系的最佳固化时间为3 min,GMA的加入提高了EAR起始固化阶段的转化率,但最大凝胶率基本不变;随着GMA的加入,涂膜的柔韧性和附着力提高,但铅笔硬度和耐热性下降;玻璃化温度Tg和储存模量E'随着GMA含量的增加先增加后下降,在GMA含量为20%时,Tg增加了15.15℃,在GMA含量为5%时,储存模量增加了16.83%。AFM分析表明EAR/GMA体系具有较好的强迫相容性,形成了均相互穿网络体系。Free radical-cationic hybrid ultraviolet( UV) curing of glycidyl methacrylate( GMA) / epoxy acrylate( EAR) system was conducted with bi- phenyl iodide hexaphosphate fluoride( DPI · PF6) as the initiator in order to improve the heat resistance and dynamic mechanical properties of the epoxy acrylate coating. The curing process and morphology of GMA / EAR were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectro-metry and atomic force microscopy,and the gel content,mechanical properties,heat resistance and dynamic mechanical behaviors of as-fabricated GMA / EAR coating were determined. Results showed that the optimum curing time of GMA / EAR hybrid system was 3 min. The curing rate increased upon the addition of GMA in the initial curing stage,but the maximum gel rate of the GMA /EAR hybrid coating remained basically unchanged therewith. Besides,the introduction of GMA led to the increase in the flexibility and adhesion force of the EAR coating,but the pencil hardness and heat resistance of the coating decreased with the addition of GMA. Moreover,the glass transition temperature( Tg) and storage modulus( E') of the GMA / EAR coating increased initially and declined later with the increase of GMA content. Particularly,the Tgof coating was increased by 15. 15 ℃ when the content of GMA was 20%( mass fraction; the same hereafter),and the E'of the coating was increased by 16. 83% when the content of GMA was 5%. In addition,the UV-cured EAR / GMA system had good forced compatibility and was able to form homogeneous phase interpenetrating network.
