摘 要:白炭黑具有高表面自由能和高分散性,可以部分取代昂贵的钛白粉而改善涂料的耐沾污性等性能,目前此类研究不多。将气相法和沉淀法白炭黑以及经硅烷偶联剂KH-560改性后的白炭黑部分替代钛白粉添加到苯丙乳胶涂料中,系统研究了其替代分数从0~80%变化时对涂板耐沾污性等性能的影响。结果表明:添加适量的白炭黑(无论气相法或沉淀法,改性或未改性),涂料的耐沾污性和耐洗刷性明显改善;未改性白炭黑替代钛白粉可使涂料的耐水性、耐碱性提高;改性白炭黑替代钛白粉添加到苯丙乳胶涂料中,其反射率下降率从10.6%最大下降到0.7%,耐沾污性增强,但耐水性和耐碱性无明显提高。White carbon blacks prepared by gas method and precipitation method as well as the one modifiedby KH-560 silane coupling agent( referring to fumed silica,precipitated silica,and modified silica) were separately adopted to replace titanium dioxide and added into styrene- acrylic latex paint. The effect of the white carbon blacks( mass fraction: 0 ~80%) as the replacements of titanium dioxide on the stain resistance of the styrene-acrylic latex paint was investigated. Results indicated that the introduction of a proper amount of various white carbon blacks as the replacements of titanium dioxide helped to significantly improve the stain resistance and water resistance of the latex paint. Namely,the unmodified white carbon black as the replacement of Ti O2 was capable of improving the wear resistance and alkali resistance of the latex paint,while the white carbon black modified by the silane coupling agent was able to reduce the reflectivity of the latex paint from 10. 6% to 0. 7% and improve the stain resistance of the paint as well. However,the modified white carbon black exhibited minor influence on the water resistance and alkali resistance of the styrene-acrylic latex paint.
