百部养肺煎膏治疗COPD稳定期患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨百部养肺煎膏对COPD稳定期患者生活质量、呼吸困难及肺功能的影响。方法:将COPD稳定期患者60例随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合百部养肺煎膏口服,治疗6个月后观察2组患者治疗前后CAT评分、m MRC评分及肺功能变化情况。结果:治疗组能降低COPD稳定期患者的CAT评分,且优于对照组(P<0.05);在MRC评分及肺功能方面,2组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:百部养肺煎膏联合西医常规治疗能够降低CAT评分,明显提高患者的生活质量,其对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的价值需要进一步深入研究。Objective：To explore the influence of BaiBu YangFei decocted extract on life quality, dyspnea and pulmonary function of COPD patients at stable stage. Methods： Sixty COPD patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, the control group were treated by routine treatment of western medicine, and the treatment group took BaiBu YangFei decocted extract, CAT scales, mMRC scales and the changes of pulmonary function of both groups were observed after treating for six months. Results：The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing CAT scales of COPD patients at stable stage （P〈0.05）; while there was no significant differences in the comparison of MRC scales and pulmonary function（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：BaiBu YangFei decocted extract combined with routine treatment of western medicine could reduced CAT scales, significantly improve life quality of the patients, therapeutic values for COPD need to be further studied.
