藏医热病证候诊断量表研究初探

摘　　要：将藏医热病作为诊断量表研究的切入点,编制一套含有热病症状、体征、尿诊、脉象等四方面信息的综合诊断评分量表体系。通过该体系对热病的病理程度进行分级,并评价药物的临床疗效,提高诊断准确率,同时使热病证候客观化,规范化,科学化,对藏医热病临床研究有开创性及探索性意义。Fever in Tibetan medicine is as the most significant research subject for establishing diagnostic scale, it＇s an urgent need to develop a scale including the symptoms, body signs, urine and the pulse. The scale could classify fever into certain types, evaluate clinical effects of the drugs, increase diagnostic accuracy, meanwhile, the scale could offer the method to establish objective, normal and scientific syndrome of the fever, it is meaningful to creat and explore clinical studies of fever in Tibetan medicine.
