小议豆科治乳病药物的药性规律

摘　　要：目的:基于文献研究为临床服务的宗旨,找出豆科药物治疗乳病的共性和个性,为完善中药学理论提供支撑,同时为指导临床应用豆科治乳病药物提供借鉴。方法:从《中华本草》中筛选出治疗乳病的豆科药物(豆科治乳病药物)共60味,分析选取药物的四气、五味、归经、毒性、功效主治。结果:豆科治乳病药物多甘平,主归肝、脾经,无毒者占大部分,可入食者多,第一高频功效为解毒,以治疗乳痈为主;甘平归脾胃经的豆科药物多可治疗产后缺乳的虚证,即乳汁不足;有通乳作用的豆科药物多性甘辛温,且有利尿作用的药物多有通乳的效果;而性味苦寒,多归肝、肺经的豆科药物以治疗乳痈为主,说明乳痈的致病因素与患者的情志变化密切相关;性味偏于辛苦温的豆科药物则有软坚散结的功效。结论:豆科治乳病药物主要高频功效为解毒、利水利湿、健脾、散结等,以治疗乳痈、水肿、淋证、乳汁不通、乳汁不足、乳癖等为主,在临床上应用广泛。Objective： To provide the evidence for perfecting the theory of Chinese meteria medica, and the reference for guiding clinical application of legume in treating mammary disease by finding out similarities and specific characters of the treatment based on literature study service for clinical application. Methods： All 60 kinds of leguminous herbs （only the herbs for mammary disease） were screened in ZhongHua BenCao to ananlyze their property, taste, meridians, toxicity, function and indications. Results： Leguminous herbs are of sweet taste and neutral nature, of liver and spleen meridians, mostly non-toxic and edible, the first high-frequency function is detoxification, mainly used in the treatment for mammary disease; legume of sweet taste and neutral nature, of spleen and stomach meridian could be applied to deficiency pattem of postpartum hypogalactia, that is, insufficient milk; legume which could promote the secretion of milk is of sweet and acrid tastes, warm nature mostly, diuretic legume usually could promote the secretion of milk; legume, of bitter taste and cold nature, liver and lung meridians, could be used for treating acute mastitis, contrarily, pathogenic factors of acute mastitis are closely related to emotional changes of the patients; the herbs of acrid, bitter tastes and warm nature usually could soften and resolve hard mass. Conclusion： Main high-frequency functions of legume are detoxification, removing water and dampness, invigorating spleen, resolving hard mass and other, they are mainly appied to acute mastitis, edema, stranguria, lactiferous ducts occlusion, postpartum hypogalactia, breast lump and others, widely used in clinic.
