六味地黄汤联合六神栓治疗阴道炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察六味地黄汤联合六神栓治疗阴道炎的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。方法:将我院妇科收治的阴道炎患者204例,按照阴道炎类型分为细菌性阴道炎组(n=44),滴虫性阴道炎组(n=58),念珠菌性阴道炎组(n=52),老年性阴道炎组(n=48)。使用六味地黄汤口服联合六神阴道栓进行治疗,观察不同组患者盗汗、体温升高、体质量下降、月经紊乱、失眠等不良反应发生情况。结果:细菌性阴道炎组治愈率为90.91%,高于滴虫性阴道炎组(χ2=26.257,P=0.000)和老年性阴道炎组(χ2=38.294,P=0.000);念珠菌性阴道炎组治愈率为92.31%,高于滴虫性阴道炎组(χ2=31.451,P=0.000)和老年性阴道炎组(χ2=44.634,P=0.000);细菌性阴道炎组和念珠菌性阴道炎组有效率达到100%,滴虫性阴道炎组有效率为81.03%,老年性阴道炎组有效率为75.00%。在8周的治疗观察期内盗汗、体温升高、体质量下降、月经紊乱以及失眠的发生率均较低,但各组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:六味地黄汤联合六神栓更适合细菌性阴道炎和念珠菌性阴道炎的治疗,不良反应发生率低。Objective：To observe clinical effects of LiuWei DiHuang Tang combined with LiuShen suppository in the treatment of vaginitis and the incidence of adverse reaction. Methods：All 204 patients admitted to gynecology department of our hospital were classified into the groups of bacterial vaginitis （n=44）, trichomonas vaginitis （n=58）, candida vaginitis （n=52） and senile vaginitis （n=48） according to the types of vaginitis. The incidences of adverse reactions including night sweating, high body temperature, body weight decreasing, menstrual disorder, insomnia of the patients in all groups were observed after they were treated by LiuWei DiHuang Tang combined with LiuShen suppository. Results： Cure rate of bacterial vaginitis group was 90.91%, significantly higher than trichomonas vaginitis group（χ2=26.257, P=0.000） and senile vaginitis group （χ2=38.294, P=0.000）;cure rate of candida vaginitis group was 92.31%, evidently higher than trichomonas vaginitis group （χ2=31.451, P=0.000） and senile vaginitis group （χ2=44.634, P=0.000）;effective rates of bacterial vaginitis group and candida vaginitis group reached 100%, effective rate of trichomonas vaginitis group was 81.03%, while that of senile vaginitis group was 75.00%. During eight weeks＇ therapeutic observation period, the incidences of night sweating, high body temperature, body weight decrease, menstrual disorder and insomnia were lower, but the difference was insignificant between groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： LiuWei DiHuang Tang combined with LiuShen suppository are more suitable for the treatment of bacterial vaginitis and candida vaginitis with lower incidence of adverse reaction.
