摘 要:利用静电纺丝法制备了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)超细纤维,通过扫描电镜(SEM)和X-射线衍射(XRD)对PET纤维的形态进行表征,研究纺丝电压、接收距离和纺丝液浓度等因素对纤维形态和性能的影响。实验结果表明:当纺丝电压为20kV,接收距离为10cm时,纺丝液浓度为10%-16%均能获得连续、平滑的纤维;纺丝电压为16~22kV时,电纺过程稳定;接收距离对纤维的直径和结晶结构无规律性影响;电纺PET纤维的结晶度都较低。Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) superfine fiber was prepared by using electro-spinning technique. The morphology and structure of the PET fiber was characterized by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) and X-ray diffraction ( XRD ). The effect of PET solution concentration, spinning voltage and receiving distance on the fiber properties (including fiber diameter and crystallinity) has been investigated in this paper. Based on our experimental datas, the result shows that the continuous smooth PET fiber can be obtained under the following spinning conditions : spinning voltage 20kV, receiving distance 10cm, 10% ~ 16% solution concentration. The electro-spinning process runs well at the spinning voltage of 16 -22kV. The receiving distance has no obvious effect on the diameter and morphology of the fiber, however, the crystallinity of the PET fiber is low.
