摘　　要：采用415 tex大麻杆芯粘胶/天丝A100/棉色纺粗纱作为饰纱,采用强力较高的7.8 tex涤纶长丝作为芯纱和固纱,在带有牵伸机构的花式捻线机上并合加捻,产生花式效应,形成纤维性的波纹线。对3种纤维进行了植物染料大黄染色,分析了染色后3种纤维的性能,重点探讨了主要纺纱工序采取的工艺措施,对主要纺纱工序的工艺设计参数进行了合理设计和选取,严格控制半制品质量,纺制出的波纹纱花型较为经典时尚。In order to meet the market that it is widely popular with fancy yarn, 415tex hemp xyloid stem based viscose fiber/Tencel A100/cotton yarn - spinning roving as ornaments and 7.8tex polyester filament yarn with high strength as the core yarn and solid yarn were used, and a fancy twister machine with drafting system was merged, resulting in artistic effect and the formation of fibrous wavy lines. The performance of the three fibers dyeing plant were analyzed, then the technological measures taken by major spinning process were highlighted, process design parameters of the main spinning process were reasonably selected, then product quality was strictly controlled. Finally, the corrugated yarn was spun with classic and pleasant fashion.
