摘 要:蚕丝增重加工可以改善蚕丝风格,提高其挺括感和抗皱性,甚至可提高其耐光性能。不同增重工艺适用于不同原料,对蚕丝纤维性能的改变结果亦不同。对无机盐增重、单宁增重、丝胶固着增重、接枝共聚增重、丝素溶液增重的增重方法和适用对象进行了分析比较。指出,锡盐增重和接枝增重是目前常用的蚕丝增重方法,但丝素溶液增重成本低,环保安全,发展前景较好。Silk weight processing can improve its style, crisp feeling, wrinkle resistance, even light performance. Different weighting process is suitable for different object, the silk properties change are also different. Now, the common weighting methods have tin weight gain and graft weight gain, but the silk fibroin solution weight has the features of low cost and enviromnental safety, it is good prospects for development. Predictably, the method, during the silk weight processing, completes the antibacterial, anti ultraviolet finishing, with environmental safety and functional modification, and it will become the development direction of silk weighting.
