摘　　要：以大数据时代棉纺织企业的数据管理为背景,介绍了当前常用的棉纺织设备数据采集方式,分析了棉纺织企业数据管理的需求,建立了大数据时代棉纺织企业数据管理系统的基本架构。系统通过终端数据采集设备能够完成数据采集功能并存入数据库,形成大数据,然后由系统对存放在数据库中的数据进行处理、分析,以便为企业管理和领导决策提供支持。应用结果表明,使用系统以后,棉纺织企业的信息化水平得到了全面的提高,数据的精度、及时性得到了大幅的提升,同时为企业节能减排提供了充足的数据支持。In the background of data management system in the age of big data of cotton textile enterprises, the current commonly used data collection method for cotton textile machines was introduced, the demand of cotton textile enterprise data management was analyzed, then the basic framework of the age of big data of cotton textile enterprise data management system was established. The system can complete the data acquisition and database by terminal equipment and storage to large data, and then processed and analyzed to help enterprise management and decision-making for leadership. The application results show that after using the system, the level of information on cotton textile enterprises have been fully improved, the accuracy and timeliness of data has been greatly enhanced, and simultaneously it provides sufficient data support for energy-saving and emission-reduction in enterprises.
