摘　　要：目的：了解新会区乡镇免疫规划人力资源配置情况，为优化配置人力资源，加强预防接种队伍提供参考依据。方法：根据中国免疫规划信息管理系统和新会区统计局人口信息调查，分析乡镇预防接种工作人员的基本信息和预防接种服务情况。结果：2013年新会区免疫规划人员为95人，占常住人口的1．25／万。年龄以30～49岁最多，占63．16％；职称以初级职称为主，占78．95％；学历以大专以上学历最多，占61．05％；从事免疫规划工作5年以内最多，占30．53％；平均工作强度7．69剂次／（h·人）。结论：新会区乡镇预防接种人员现状不能满足目前扩大国家免疫规划的发展和需求。Objective：To investigate the situation of human resourse （ HR） configuration in township immunization programs of Xinhui dis-trict, so as to provide references for optimizing the allocation of HR, and strengthening the teams of vaccination.Methods：The Survey on the basic information of township vaccination staff and the immunization service situation in Xinhui district was conducted and analyzed according to the popu-lation statistics from China immunization information management system and from Xinhui Census Bureau .Results：The number of staff working on immunization program of Xinhui in 2013 was 95, accounting for 0.0125 % of the total population, with most of them aged 30-49 （63.16 %）, the most entitled junior professinal qualification （78.95 %）, the most graduating from junior college or higher education （61.05 %）, and the most engaging in immunization program within 5 years （30.53 %）.The average working intensity of each one per hour was 7.69 doses.Conclu-sion：The present situation of township vaccination staff in Xinhui district can not fulfill the requirement and the development of national immuniza-tion program being expanded currently.
