摘  要:采用碱熔融、酸化,用硫脲-抗坏血酸作预还原剂同时掩蔽基体及共存元素,利用锡与硼氢化钾作用能产生气态氢化物的特点,建立氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定含铁尘泥中锡的方法。试验了介质的酸度、载气流量、屏蔽气流量、还原剂用量等对测定的影响。实验表明,在1.0∽120.0μg/L范围内校准曲线线性良好,本方法测定含铁尘泥中锡的检出限为0.117 5μg/L,标准物质的认定值与测量值一致,测定标准物质及含铁尘泥试样(n=11)相对标准偏差均小于5%,标准加入回收率为97%∽105%。In the paper, the hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry for determining stannum in iron - bearing dust is established with thiourea ascorbic acid as pre - reducing agent through alkali fusion and acidification to mask matrix and coexisting elements synchronously as well as the characteristics that gaseous hydride could be produced through reaction of stannum and potassium borohydride. The effects of acidity of medium, carrier gas flow, shield gas flow rate and a- mount of reducing agent on determination are tested. The experiment shows that the linearity of calibration curve is good within the range of 1.0 - 120.0 μg/L, the detection limit of stannum in iron - bearing dust with this method is 0. 117 5 μg/L, the certified values and measured values of reference materials are coincident, the relative standard deviations of reference materials and samples of iron - bearing dust( n = 11 ) are all less than 5% as well as the standard addition recovery is 97%- 105%.
