摘　　要：文章主要介绍了在高线生产过程中,为保证产品质量和作业率所采用的"小张力手动调节控制方法"以及"通过电流判断导卫损坏预警方法",前者方法是通过主控台工业控制系统手动联调实现的,后者方法是通过观察各架电流曲线变化来实现的。两种方法交相呼应,来源于实践,可更好的应用于生产。In the paper, it is mainly introduced two methods those manual regulation and control with small tension as well as early warning with judging damage of guide through current adopted to ensure product quality and productivity in production of high speed wire rod. The former one is through manual joint debugging for industrial control system of main console and the latter one is through observing changes of current curves for all continuous mills. The two methods from practices act in cooperation with each other and could be applied better in productions.
