摘  要:目的探索在乳腺外科临床带教中培养护理实习生人文关怀理念的方法和效果。方法采用入科培训、教师示范、沟通培训和参与社会心理干预活动等方式,对护理实习生进行人文关怀理念的培训。在出科时采用自设的问卷,调查实习生所护理患者的满意度,并进行人文关怀实践能力的考核。结果出科时,患者对护理工作的满意度为99.2%(131/132);出科考试成绩优秀率为97.8%(89/91)。结论结合乳腺外科患者特殊的心理问题,采用灵活多样的形式,有利于提高护理实习生的人文关怀理念。Objective To explore the methods and effects of cultivating nursing students' humanistic caring abili-ty in breast departments. Methods Multiple methods were applied in the training of caring ability for nursing stu-dents in breast departments,including pre-practice training,teachers' role modeling,communication skill training and involving students in psychosocial intervention programs for breast cancer patients. The outcomes were evaluated using caring ability test and investigation of patient satisfaction. Results Patient satisfaction with nursing students was 99.2%(131/132). The excellent rate in caring ability test was 97.8%(89/91). Conclusion Caring ability training based on the specific psychological problems of breast cancer patients achieves good effects in clinical teaching.
