摘  要:针对如何削弱爪极汽车发电机转矩脉动的问题,提出一种基于极弧系数理论对爪极进行切边处理的方法,用以削弱爪极汽车发电机的齿槽转矩,并建立三维有限元模型进行仿真分析。在仿真的基础上设计实验平台验证改变磁极参数能够有效地削弱转矩脉动。齿槽转矩是爪极汽车发电机转矩脉动的重要构成部分,对爪极磁通密度沿气隙圆周的分布进行傅里叶分解,选择合适的极弧系数减小部分傅里叶分解系数,能够有效降低转矩脉动。有限元仿真和实验数据的结果表明爪极切边处理能够明显削弱转矩脉动,同时验证了极弧系数、转矩脉动和电磁振动的强相关关系。As for how to reduce torque ripple of claw-pole alternators, a method of magnet pole edge cutting under pole-arc coefficient theory is proposed to reduce torque ripple of claw-pole alternators, and a three dimension finite element model of the claw- pole alternator is presented to the simulaiton calculation. With guide of simulation calculation, the validity of proposed method of magnet pole cutting to reduce torque ripple of claw-pole alternators is verified by experimental results. Cogging ripple is an important component of torque ripple, and Fourier Tansformation of the distribution of magnetic flux density along the circumference of air gap is given to select the appropriate pole-arc coefficient. Experimental results shows the validity of the proposed method and there is a strong correlation among pole-arc coefficient, torque ripple and electromagnetic vibration.
