摘　　要：目的通过分析吉林省供电企业职业人群的健康状况及其主要影响因素,了解该企业的职业病预防工作状况。方法采用问卷调查及体检的方法收集数据,并使用SPSS 17.0软件对资料进行统计学分析。结果供电企业职业人群中出现最多的疾病为脂肪肝和高血压,健康检查异常率较高的是肝脏、血脂和心电图。男性的丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、总蛋白(TP)异常率明显高于女性(P<0.05)。不同工种的人群间的肝功能异常率均无明显差异。不同工龄人群间的ALT、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、白蛋白(ALB)异常率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。接触不同等级电压的人群中,AST、ALT、TP异常率无明显差异,ALB异常率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析发现,性别、年龄、岗位、高血压和冠心病是影响心电图的有效因素。结论该省供电企业应加强职工患相关疾病的预防工作。[ Objective ] To analyze the health status and its main influencing factors of employees in power supply enterprises in Jilin Province, understand the situation of occupational disease prevention work in this enterprise. [Methods]The data were collected by the questionnaire and physical examination, and were statistically analyzed with SPSS 17.0 software.[Results] The main diseases among employees in power supply enterprise were fatty liver and hypertension, and the abnormal rates of liver, blood lipids and electrocardiogram were higher. The abnormal rate of alanine aminotransferase （ALT） and total protein （TP） in males were significantly higher than those in females （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the abnormal rate of liver function among different work type groups. The differences in the abnormal rate of ALT, aspartate aminotransferase （AST） and albumin （ALB） among different working year groups were significant （P〈0.05）. Among different groups of exposure to different voltage levels, the differences in the abnormal rate of AST, ALT and TP were not significant, while there was significant difference in the abnormal rate of ALB （P〈0.05）. Logistic regression analysis showed that gender, age, post, hypertension and coronary heart disease were the factors affecting the electrocardiogram. [Conclusion] The power supply enterprises in Jilin Province should strengthen the prevention on the related diseases among the employees.
