摘　　要：目的了解2008—2013年南京市鼓楼医院放射工作人员接受职业性外照射的剂量水平。方法采用热释光法监测。结果 2008—2013年南京市鼓楼医院监测放射工作人员1 025人次,人均年有效剂量为0.37 mSv,,核医学组人均年有效剂量最高,为0.58 mSv。结论南京市鼓楼医院放射工作人员人均年有效剂量均在国家规定剂量限值以下,工作环境是安全的,核医学和介入放射工作人员是今后防护的重点。[ Objective ] To understand the occupational external exposure dose among radiation workers in Nanjing Gulou Hospital from 2008-2013.[Methods] The personal dose of radiation workers was detected by thermoluminescent dosimetry.[Results] A total of 1025 person-time were detected from 2008-2013, and the average personal dose equivalent was 0.37 mSv/a. The average personal dose equivalent in the nuclear medicine group was the highest, which was 0.58 mSv/a. [ Conclusion] The annual dose equivalent of radiation workers in Nanjing Gulou Hospital has met the national standard limit, and there is a safe work environment. The radiological protection should be strengthened in nuclear medicine group and intelwentional radiology group.
