摘 要:目的了解上海市黄浦区自然人群流感抗体水平,为制定防制策略提供依据。方法于2013年10月对黄浦区居民随机抽样414人,收集血清,采用血凝抑制试验检测流感HI抗体,统计分析抗体水平。结果全人群流感抗体阳性率以流感病毒甲3型(AH3)、乙型BY(BY)及甲型H1N1型(AH1N1)为高,均≥95%,乙型BV(BV)、甲1型(AH1)≥70%,甲型H5N1(AH5N1)、甲型H7N9(AH7N9)、甲型H9N2(AH9N2)均〈1%。几何平均滴度AH3最高,为1:287;AH1N1、BY其次,分别为1:185、1:170,BV、AH1较低,分别为1:45、1:23,AH5N1、AH7N9、AH9N2均为1:5。0~4岁和≥60岁人群抗体滴度相对较低,5~14、15~24、25~60岁组较高。结论黄浦区居民流感抗体水平以AH3最高,AH1N1、BY其次,BV、AH1较低;幼儿和老人抗体水平较低。应适度按排流感疫苗的预防接种工作。[ Objective] To understand the antibody level of influenza in natural population of Huangpu District of Shanghai, provide the scientific basis for making the prevention and control strategies.[ Methods ] 414 residents were randomly selected from Huangpu District in October 2013, to collect the serum samples. HI antibody of influenza was detected by the hemagglntination-inhibition test, and the results were analyzed statistically. [ Results ] The positive rates of antibody against influenza AH3, BY and AH1N1 were the highest, which were above 95%, and the positive rates of antibody against BV and AH1 were above 70%, while the positive rates of antibody against AH7N9 and AH9N2 were lower than 1%. The geometric mean titer (GMT) of AH3 antibody was the highest (1:287), followed by AHIN1 and BY antibody, which was 1:185 and 1:170 respectively, the GMT of BV and AHI antibody was lower, which was 1:45 and 1:23 respectively, and the GMT of AH5N1, AHTN9 and AH9N2 were 1:5. The GMT in 0-4 year-old age group and above 60 year-old age group was lower relatively, and that in 5-14, 15-24 and 25-60 age groups were higher.[Conclusion] The level of antibody against influenza AH3 among residents in Huangpu District is the highest, followed by AH1N1 and BY, and levels of antibody against BV and AH1 are the lowest. The antibody level of young children and old people is low, so it is necessary to carry out the influenza vaccination.
