摘　　要：目的了解湖南省岳阳市手足口病(HFMD)的流行特征及趋势,以指导今后工作。方法采用描述流行病学方法对2008—2013年岳阳市HFMD疫情资料进行分析。结果 2008—2013年岳阳市共报告手足口病54 800例,年均发病率为173.23/10万;死亡18例,年均死亡率为0.06/10万,病死率为0.33‰。全市11个地区(市、区)均出现不同程度的流行,病例主要集中在岳阳楼区、平江县、湘阴县、汨罗市和岳阳县,占全市累计报告病例数的78.74%。发病呈双峰型,主要集中在4—7和10—12月。岳阳市HFMD多发于5岁以下散居儿童,男性多于女性。肠道病毒71型(Enterovius 71,EV71)是主要病原体。结论岳阳市HFMD呈上升趋势,应加强高发季节、重点人群和病原体的监测,并持续开展健康教育。[ Objective ] To understand the epidemiological characteristics and trend of hand, foot and mouth disease （HFMD） in Yueyang City of Hunan Province, guide the future work. [Methods] The epidemic data of HFMD in Yueyang City from 2008- 2013 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. [Results] A total of 54 800 HFMD cases were reported in Yueyang City from 2008-2013 with the average annual incidence of 173.23/lakh. There were 18 death cases, with the average annual mortality of 0.06/lakh and the fatality rate of 0,33‰. The epidemic situation appeared in 11 areas （cities and districts） of Yueyang City. The cases mainly occurred in Yueyanglou District, Pingjiang County, Xiangyin County, Miluo City and Yueyang County, which accounted for 78.74% of total cases. There were two peak seasons, and one was April to July, while another was October to December. Most of HFMD cases were scattered children under 5 years old, and male patients were more than female patients. Enterovius 71 （EV71） was the major pathogen. [ Conclusion ] The incidence of HFMD shows a rising trend in Yueyang City. It is necessary to strengthen the pathogens monitoring in high risk population during the peak seasons, and carry out the health education insistently.
