长春西汀联合高压氧治疗后循环缺血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察长春西汀联合高压氧治疗在治疗后循环缺血中的疗效。方法选取100例后循环缺血患者随机分为高压氧组与对照组各50例,对照组予以长春西汀注射液等综合治疗,高压氧组在此基础上同时予以高压氧治疗,应用14天后比较两组临床疗效。结果高压氧组总有效率和显效率分别为94%和78%,对照组总有效率和显效率为70%和48%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论长春西汀和高压氧联合治疗后循环缺血较单纯应用长春西汀治疗疗效肯定,值得推广应用。[Objective] To observe the curative effect of vinpocetine combined with hyperbaric oxygenation in treatment of posterior circulation ischemia. [Methods] 100 cases of posterior circulation ischemia were randomly divided into the hyperbaric oxygen group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given the general treatment of vinpocetine injection, and the hyperbaric oxygen group received the hyperbaric oxygenation on the basis of general treatment. Two groups were treated for 14 days, and the curative effects were compared between two groups. [Results] The total effective rate and obvious effective rate in the hyperbaric oxygen group was 94% and 78% respectively, while those in the control group in the control group was 70% and 48% respectively, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.[Conclusion] Vinpocetine combined with hyperbaric oxygenation has more obvious effect than single vinpocetine for posterior circulation ischemia, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
