摘　　要：目的:了解合肥市某大学周边社区公众急救知识认知与培训需求,为加强和改进公众急救培训工作提供依据。方法:整群抽取该大学周边5个社区,利用自制问卷随机现场调查2088名成年社区居民,应用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果:接受过公众急救知识培训和未接受过培训的两组人群中,在知晓急救电话号码、煤气中毒与触电紧急处置等日常公众急救知识方面,认知水平较高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在溺水与骨折正确处理方法等公众急救技能方面,认知水平较低,且差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在心肺复苏、外伤止血和搬运伤员等公众急救技能的整体掌握情况方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。社区居民参与公众急救知识培训的意识较强,公众急救培训市场需求旺盛。结论:调查地区公众急救知识技能的认知水平亟待提高;公众急救知识培训效果有待改进;公众参与急救培训的意识较强,但公众急救培训市场尚待激活。Objective：To understand the community public cognition of first aid knowledge and training needs around a university in Hefei city, to provide basis for strengthening and improving the public first aid training work. Methods：Five community were chosen with cluster ran-dom sampling around a university, field investigation on 2088 adult community residents was conducted by using self-made questionnaire, and the software of SPSS 19. 0 was applied for statistical analysis. Results： There is no statistical difference between two groups of the trained and un-trained in the awareness of daily public knowledge of first aid about emergency calls, the correct approach to gas poisoning and getting an electric shock（P〉0. 05） ,but the cognitive level higher;the cognitive level of public first-aidskill about drowning and methods of proper handling of frac-ture low, and no statistical difference（P〉0. 05）;there is statistical significance among that of the master degree of cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR）, traumatic bleeding and carrying patient（P〈0. 01）. The community residents have strong consciousness to participate in the public first aid training and a strong demand of the public first-aid training market. Conclusion： It is of great importance to improve the cognitive level of first aid skills in public survey area;the public first aid training effect remains to be improved;it has a strong consciousness about the public par-ticipation in first aid training, but the public first-aid training market has yet to be activated.
