摘　　要：目的:了解海口市社区卫生服务机构开展慢性病管理的现状,发现问题,提出相关政策建议。方法:采用简单随机抽样方法,选取海口市7家社区卫生服务机构进行调查,结合专家访谈的方法获取相关信息。结果:海口市社区卫生服务机构私有化程度高,机构建设规模差异较大,慢病管理率参差不齐,管理制度有待完善,专职公共卫生人员薪酬偏低。结论:加强体系建设,统筹规划机构布点;提高民办社区卫生服务机构执业准入标准和监管,健全慢病管理制度,逐步增加管理内容;提高机构公共卫生人员薪酬待遇,加强人才队伍建设。Objective：To find the problems and put forward relevant policy suggestions by understanding the chronic disease management status of community health service institutions in Haikou City. Methods：To obtain relevant information, the questionnaire survey and expert in-terviews were conducted and simple random sampling method was ased to select 7 community health service institutions. Results：Community health service institutions were mostly private-owned, and the institutional gap size is larger . The rate of chronic disease management is uneven and the management remains to be perfected, the public health people＇s Salary is low. Conclusion： Strengthening the construction and overall planning of community health service institutions system and improving practice access standards and regulation of private community health serv-ice are needed. Perfecting management system and increasing content management of the chronic disease and improving the Public health people ＇s Salary are urgent to strengthen the construction of talent team.
