广东省某医科大学预防医学本科生社区实践性教学存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：以广东省某医科大学为例,分析目前预防医学本科生社区实践性教学存在医学院校对其重要性认识不足、教学模式单一、实践基地不能满足学生实际需要等问题,提出重视预防医学本科生社区实践性教学、以胜任力为基础优化专业实践课程体系、完善第二课堂实践教学、提高学生实践创新能力、建立以社区为中心的复合型公共卫生实践教学基地、推进实践教学基地制度完善、促进实践教学基地教学科研能力提升等对策。We took one medical university in Guangdong for example, and analyzed three problems of community health care practical teach-ing of preventive medical undergraduates including not enough attention to community health care practical teaching,single teaching patterns and practice bases not meeting the actual needs of students. Finally, we provided the suggestions and solutions such as thinking highly of community practical teaching of preventive medicine undergraduates;optimizing curriculum system based on competency;perfecting extracurricular activities;raising innovation ability of students;establishing the complex public health teaching bases by revolving around the community;promoting the per-fection of practice bases system;improving the practice bases＆#39; abilities of teaching and scientific research.
