摘　　要：根据电机装配的特点,提出一种以自动装配线和积放链为基础的混流生产线设计模式。该模式下的混流生产线简单、高效、易操作,但该生产线对企业管理和信息化水平提出了更高要求[5],只有以此为基础,才能实现高效的混流装配。Considering the features of motor assembly, a design mode of mixed-model pro- duction line based on automatic assembly line and power ＆ free chain is proposed. The mixed- model production line with this mode is simply, efficiently and easily operated, but makes high- er requirements for management and information level of the enterprise. Only using it as base, efficient mixed- model assembly can be realized.
