摘  要:利用知识产权出版社的专利信息分析系统,对中国国家知识产权局1985年至2013年公开(公告)的稀土永磁材料专利申请从申请量总体趋势与国内外分布情况、专利法律状态分布、专利申请人和技术领域等方面进行分析。结果显示:申请量总体趋势上升;无效专利比例较大;日、美等国申请了大量专利,中国国内申请主要集中在发达省市;中国高校院所是技术创新的重要力量,而日本则主要是企业申请;专利申请最集中的10个国际专利分类号(IPC)小类为H01F、H02K、B22F、C22C、B03C、C23C、C22B、C25D、B24B、G01R。建议完善并实施稀土永磁材料专利战略,降低稀土永磁材料的重稀土含量,加强稀土永磁材料磁性均匀性的研究,研发纳米复合稀土永磁材料。The Patent Information Analysis System of Intellectual Property Publishing House was utilized in order to in- vestigate the patent status of rare earths permanent magnetic material. Patent applications of rare earth permanent magnetic ma- terial released (announced) by Chinese State Intellectual Property Bureau from 1985 to 2013 were analyzed in respect to over- all trend of application volume, distribution home and abroad, distribution of patent legislation, patent applicant and technology field concerned. Results indicated that: application volume took a rising trend; invalid patent represented a significant percent- age;Japan, America and other nations filed most patents; applications in China were mainly filed by developed areas; techno- logical innovations were mainly made by colleges and institutes in China while patent applications were mostly filed by enterpri- ses in Japan ; top 10 subclasses of the International Patent Classifications ( IPC ) were H01 F, H02K, B22F, C22C, B03C, C23C, C22B, C25D, B24B, and CO1R. It is suggested that: an improved patent strategy for rare earth permanent magnetic materials is needed ; heavy rare earths in rare earth permanent magnetic material should be reduced; study on magnetism uniformity should be strengthened and nanocomposite rare earth permanent magnetic material research should be conducted.
