摘　　要：董志刚教授认为过敏性紫癜性肾炎系正气不足、脏腑失司、外邪扰动,影响肺肾功能;提出"从肺肾着手,分期辨治,注重病后养生调护,医患共同治疗"的独到见解;急性活动期以祛邪为要,补益肺肾为辅;慢性恢复期滋肺益气、健脾补肾,扶正为主,兼清热祛邪。强调预后,提倡医患共同治疗。Professor zhi-gang dong think allergic purpura nephritis is vital, internal loss, the disturbance, affect the kidney function; ＂, starting from the lung and kidney of syndrome differentiation in stages, with the focus on health regulating after illness, medical treatment ＂ together the original opinion; In active acute to eliminate pathogenic to benefit the lung kidney is complementary; Chronic convalescence zi lung Qi, spleen and kidney, centralizer is given priority to, and dispelling evil.
