查玉明升清泄浊-逐痰行瘀“降脂方”治疗高脂血症

摘　　要：查玉明教授认为痰浊和血瘀是形成高脂血症主要病因,长期嗜食肥甘厚味导致脾胃受伤,脾运失司,则输化失常,水谷精微不归正化,水液不能正常输布而停滞于内,日久凝聚成痰,又阻于血脉,影响气血,导致血瘀,最终形成高脂血症。病机以脾肾亏虚为本,痰浊瘀血为标。初期病位在脾,脾虚痰阻;中期多为痰瘀为主;久病及肾,肾精亏虚,病程中后期症状常兼见。独创升清泄浊、逐痰行瘀治疗,以"治脾"为要,健脾化湿,化痰祛瘀,自拟降脂方,葛根25g,黄连10g,佩兰15g,莲肉25g,苍术15g;腹胀加莱菔子、金铃子;便秘加大黄、菊花、荷叶;目不明加决明子、沙苑子;血症加槐花;消渴加地黄、麦冬、五味子;眩晕加决明子、珍珠母、怀牛膝;不寐加珍珠母、远志。葛根发散升提、既可解表,又可通里,解痉缓急,在治疗高脂血症中具有不可取代的作用。Prof. CHA Yuming believes that phlegm and blood stasis are two main etiologies of hyperlipidemia. Long-term adephagia makes spleen and stomach injured and dysfunction, then they can＇t distinguish food we eat, water can＇t be distributed normally and remains in the body. Over time, it will be phlegm. What＇s more, it will block and influence blood. By this way, Hyperlipidemia is formed at last. The basis pathogenesis of Hyperlipidemia are spleen and kidney deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm are important conditions. In the beginning, disease-bit center is spleen, the main reactions are spleen deficiency and excessive phlegm. In the medium term, the main reactions are phlegm and blood stasis and cause kidney essence deficiency. In the mid to late symptoms usually concurrently see. Treatment takes spleen as the principal thing, invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis. Block out drop lipid formula as follows, Puerarin 25 g, goldthread 10 g, fortune eupatorium herb 15 g, lotus seeds 25 g, atractylodes 15g; add semen raphani and fructus toosendan if having abdominal distension;add rheum officinale, chrysanthemum and lotus leaf if having constipation; add semen cassiae and semen astragali complanati if can＇t see well; add flos sophorae if having mass formed by blood stasis; add rehmannia、radix ophiopogonis and schisandra chinensis if having diabetes; add semen cassiae、nacre and achyranthes bidentata if having megrim; add nacre and polygala tenuifolia if having insomnia.Pueraria divergent Tisheng, can the solution table, but also can pass, spasmolysis priorities, has an irreplaceable role in treating hyperlipemia.
