乌头汤联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察乌头汤联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将52例住院及门诊患者按病志号抽签/就诊顺序号方法随机分为两组。对照组26例甲氨蝶呤,10mg/次,1次/周;雷公藤多苷,20mg/次,3次/d。治疗组26例乌头汤(制川乌12g,制附子10g,炙麻黄15g,桂枝10g,独活15g,北芪30g,生甘草6g,木瓜30g,白芍20g,红花6g),1剂/d,水煎100m L,纳蜂蜜50m L再煎10min,早晚口服,5剂/周;西药干预同对照组。连续干预6个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、PI-NRS评分、不良反应。干预1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈8例,显效10例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率92.3%。对照组痊愈5例,显效7例,有效6例,无效8例,总有效率69.23%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。PI-NRS平均分值两组均有明显降低(P<0.01),治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]乌头汤联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the effect of monkshood soup combined with western medicine in treating rheumatoid arthritis curative effect. [Method] using random parallel control method, 52 cases of inpatient and outpatient patients according to visit order method and divided into two groups. A control group of 26 cases of methotrexate, 10mg/ time, 1 times/week; tripterygium glycosides, 20mg/, 3/d. The treatment group of 26 cases taking modified Aconiti Decoction（Radix Aconiti Preparata, Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata 12 g, 10 g, 15 g, 10 g, ephedra Guizhi Heracleum 15 g, 30 g, 6g of raw licorice, astragalus, Radix Paeoniae Alba, red papaya 30 g 20g 6g）, 1 doses of /d, Decoction 100 m L, nano 50 m L honey and fry for 10 minutes, sooner or later oral, 5 agent / week; western medicine intervention with control group. Intervention for 6 months is 1 period of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, PI-NRS score, adverse reaction. 1 session intervention, judge curative effect. [Results] the treatment group cured 8 cases, markedly effective in 10 cases, effective 6 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency of 92.3%. The control group cured 5 cases, markedly effective in 7 cases, effective 6 cases, invalid 8 cases, the total efficiency of 69.23%. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The average PI-NRS score of two groups were obviously decreased（P〈0.01）, the treatment group decreased than the control group（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Modified Aconiti decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, the curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reaction, is worth promoting.
