舒适护理冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察舒适护理冠心病心绞痛满意度。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按病志号按随机数字表法简单随机分为两组。对照组60例实施常规护理。护理组60例实施舒适护理,包括病房环境、心理护理、和谐关系、饮食护理、生活护理、健康教育等,常规护理同对照组。均连续护理50d为1疗程。观测护理满意度评分、不良反应。干预护理1疗程,判定满意度。[结果]护理组很满意19例,满意15例,基本满意24例,不满意2例,总满意率96.67%。对照组很满意12例,满意14例,基本满意17例,不满意17例,总满意率71.67%。护理组满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]舒适护理冠心病心绞痛满意度良好,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the satisfaction of comfortable nursing coronary heart disease-angina pectoris.[Methods]Using random parallel control method, 120 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group of 60 cases using routine care. The nursing group of 60 cases using comfortable nursing, including ward environment, psychological nursing, harmonious relations, diet care, life care, health education, etc. Continuous care 50 d for 1 course. Observe nursing satisfaction score and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge the satisfaction score. [Results]The nursing group 19 cases were markedly satisfied, 15 cases were satisfied, 24 cases were a little satisfied, 2 cases were unsatisfied,total satisfied rate was 96.67%.The control group 12 cases were markedly satisfied, 14 cases were satisfied, 17 cases were a little satisfied,17 cases were unsatisfied,total satisfied rate was 71.67%. The satisfaction score of nursing group is better than control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The satisfaction of comfortable nursing coronary heart disease-angina pectoris is better and worth promoting.
