五脏论治支气管哮喘

摘　　要：支气管哮喘可归属"哮证""喘证"范畴,分内外二因,外因为气候、饮食、环境等,内因为体质、遗传、情志失调等。内外因素影响使脏腑功能失调,津液输布不利,痰饮必成,内伏于肺,为哮喘发病之夙根,外邪内扰"伏痰",痰气阻塞气道致胸闷、痰鸣、喘息。病在肺,与肝、脾、肾、心亦有重要关系;痰饮、血瘀是哮喘发作的重要因素,久病哮喘络无不阻,血无不瘀,哮喘源于血瘀;气机失调是哮喘反复发作的重要因素;久病则肺、脾、肾三脏皆亏虚,总属阳虚阴盛,输化失调,因虚致实,水液停积而为发病之患,缓解期多属虚证。中医药治疗疗效确切,不但可减少哮喘发作次数,且副作用小。从五脏论治支气管哮喘易于全面地认识哮喘辨证论治,对治疗哮喘具有很大指导意义,但仍有不足,需进一步研究。Bronchial asthma attributable ＂asthma＂ ＂asthma＂ category, divided into two, and because of the climate, diet, environment, because of genetic, physical, emotional disorders. The internal and external factorsinfluencing the viscera function disorder of Qi, body fluid will become bad, phlegm, retaining in the lung, asthma is evil, evil outside disturbance ＂insidous phlegm, sputum and airway obstruction caused by＂ phlegm, wheezing, chest tightness. Disease in the lung, liver and spleen, kidney, heart also has an important relationship; phlegm, blood stasis is an important factor in asthma, chronic asthma network without resistance, blood stasis due to all, asthma and blood stasis; the disorder of qi activity is an important factor in recurrent episodes of asthma; chronic lung, spleen and kidney three dirty is deficient the total is deficiency, Yang and Yin, transport disorder, excess caused by deficiency of fluid volume and incidence of patients, remission mostly deficiency. The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine is effective, not only can reduce the frequency of asthma attacks, and the side effect is small. On the treatment of bronchial asthma is easy to fully understand the syndrome differentiation and treatment of asthma from the five internal organs, has great guiding significance for the treatment of asthma, but there is still insufficient, need further study.
