化浊通瘀汤联合氯沙坦钾治疗高血压随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察化浊通瘀汤联合氯沙坦钾治疗高血压疗效。[方法]使用多中心等效性随机平行对照方法,将750例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法随机分为两组。对照组72例氯沙坦钾,50mg/d。治疗组78例化浊通瘀汤(半夏、陈皮各15g,丹参20g,茯苓25g,姜黄10g,大黄5g,僵蚕、蝉蜕各10g;血瘀较重加用川芎、赤芍各15g;痰浊较重加用枳实10g,竹茹15g),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压、证候评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]血压疗效、证候疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]化浊通瘀汤联合氯沙坦钾治疗高血压,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] Observe the Huazhuotongyu soup with Potassium chloride sha Tanzania therapy hypertension curative effect.[Methods] Using random parallel control method, The 150 clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the clinic serial number method. The control group 72 examples, Oral temple potassium chloride sand 50mg/d.The treatment group 78 examples, Oral temple Huazhuotongyu soup（pinellia 15 g.Dried tangerine or orange peel 15 g. Salvia miltiorrhiza 20 g. turmeric 10 g. rhubarb5 g. Batryticated silkworm 10 g. cicada 10g; Blood stasis heavy use Rhizoma ligustici wallichii Radix paeoniae rubra each 15g; Phlegm turbidity heavy use Acid-insoluble ash 10 g, Bamboo shavings 15g）, A daily dose, Boiling water 300 ml, oral sooner or later.Western medicine treatment with the control group.One month, Observation of clinical symptoms, blood pressure, syndrome score, adverse reactions. [Result] Blood pressure effect and syndrome curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group（P〈0.05,P〈0-01）.[Conclusion] The turbidity Huazhuotongyu soup with potassium chloride sand jotham therapy hypertension, curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
