摘 要:核级设备鉴定技术是保障核电站安全经济运行的必要技术手段,同时也是实现核电自主化的核心技术之一。在核级设备鉴定方面,我国尚未形成完整的标准体系架构,只将部分国际标准转化为国内标准。而国际上有以NRC为代表的多个标准体系,且各个标准体系之间对设备鉴定要求也不统一,导致我国设备鉴定方面的采标存在一定的难度。本文从我国在役、在建核电站设计建造中采用的设备鉴定标准出发,分析、比较、研究NRC、RCC-E、IEC等标准体系中要求执行的设备鉴定标准,综合考虑这些标准体系的要求,提出一套适用于我国核安全级数字化仪控系统设备鉴定适用的标准体系。The technology of class I E digital I&C equipment qualification is one of measures to guarantee safe and economical operation of nuclear power plants (NPPs) and also is one of key technologies to realize autonomy intellectual property rights of digital I&C system in NPPs. Nowadays, there have been two mature standard architectures which are widely adopted in the world. One is from the United States of America, the other is from Europe. Some standards in both architectures have been referred in corresponding national standards, or even totally converted. But there is no complete standard architecture in China, which can guide digital I&C equipment qualification activities according to current situation. Based upon the adopted equipment qualification standards in the design and construction of nuclear power plants in-service and in- construction in China, this paper will analyze, compare and study the required qualification standards in the architectures mentioned above, and then put forward an applicable standard architecture of equipment qualification for digital I&C system important to safety in China.
