摘　　要：自信是个体对自己的人格、能力和价值等的确信,是对现实自我的悦纳与良好预期。自信对引导人过美好生活具有积极作用。如果一个人不自信,就会缺少内在的支撑与激励,给人的生活和发展带来很多不利。因此,人们都在致力于获得某种自信。然而,自信形成以后,也容易出现把握不好而过分自信的情况,同样会造成种种危害。所以,教师要注意引导学生学会正确理解自信和恰当提升自信,并自觉主动地防范不自信与过分自信,从而使自己充满自信乐观地走向美好未来。Confidence is an individual’ s acceptance and expectation of his own personality, abilities and values. Confidence inserts a positive influence upon a person’ s life.Without it, he will lose the support and inspiration of life.However, overconfidence can cause a lot of harms.Teachers should pay attention to all kinds of education. Firstly, Teachers should make students correctly understand and actively enhance self-confidence.Secondly, students can consciously take the initiative to prevent self-abasement and overconfidence so as to be optimistic toward life.
