摘  要:准确评估电子式电能表可靠性水平,对于保障电力系统安全稳定运行、保证电能计量精度具有重要意义。采用Telcordia SR-332可靠性预计标准,设计开发了一种基于VC++的电子式电能表可靠性预计系统,系统由人机交互界面、可靠性计算模块和数据库操作模块组成,能够根据输入的电能表模型快速获取各元器件、各模块的失效率以及整块电能表的失效率和可靠寿命预估。系统操作简单、方便,大大缩短了电能表可靠性预计所需时间,预测结果与统计结果相符。An accurate assessment plays an important role in the stable operation of power system, as well as the ac- curacy of power measurement. The electronic power meter prediction software which uses Telcordia SR-332 is de- signed and developed on VC++ in this paper. The software consists of three modules which are users interface mod- ule, reliability calculation module and databases operations module. With the input of a power meter model, the soft- ware can rapidly calculate the failure rate on device level, unit level and system level as well as the reliable life span of the system. The operation of the software is simple and convenient, it can greatly shorten the time for power meter reliability prediction and the result given by the software is in accordance with statistical data.
