摘 要:合并单元已经成为智能变电站信息采集的重要设备,然而有关合并单元功能及性能的检测却明显落后。目前,对于合并单元的检测常需借助标准互感器、精密示波器等多种仪器才能完成各项测试,操作繁琐。另一方面,智能变电站由于未采用经过检测合格的合并单元产品可能造成继电保护不正确动作,从而引发严重后果。因此,必须尽快提高合并单元检测技术水平以满足生产实际的需要。文章提出了一种基于ARM芯片的模拟量输入式合并单元测试仪的实现方法。该测试仪集精确度测试、通信接口测试、同步性能测试等多种测试于一体,可以对接入传统模拟信号或模拟小信号的合并单元进行综合测试,极大地简化了合并单元的测试过程。Merging units have become important the testing technology on merging unit has lagged equipment for information collection in smart substations, however, behind. Currently, the test of merging unit often requires the use of a standard transformer, a precise oscilloscope and other instruments to complete various test items, and the operation is complicated. On the other hand, in smart substations, without use of the merging units qualified after testing, in- correct action of relay protection may arise, resulting in serious consequences. Therefore, it' s urgent and necessary to raise the level of the testing techniques on merging unit to satisfy the needs in actual production. A method based on ARM for the implement of analog - input merging unit tester is presented in this paper. The tester integrates accuracy testing, communication interface testing, synchronization testing and other performance testing, and can be used to test the merging units with traditional analog signal or small analog signal input, It could simplify the testing process of merging unit greatly.
