摘　　要：优质稿件是医学期刊质量的保证。自由投稿上门与期刊的发展已难协调,主动约稿是获得优质稿件、提高期刊影响力的有效办法。文章总结《国际肝胆胰疾病杂志》(英文版)多年约稿经验,为编辑同行约稿提供一些思路和启迪。High-quality scientific journals depend on the source of high-caliber manuscripts. Editors waiting manuscripts at the editorial office cannot keep the pace with the development of scientific journals at present. Therefore, actively soliciting manuscripts could be an effective way to improve the quality of the journal and its reputation. This article summarizes our experience in soliciting manuscripts for the journal Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Diseases International, which may be helpful to the colleagues of other journals.
