摘　　要：工业革命以来,人类为满足自身发展的欲望,对环境和生态的平衡造成了巨大影响,建立低碳环保时尚生活的趋势势不可挡,低碳渗进各行各业,皮革行业也不例外。本文以皮革边角料为研究对象进行设计的低碳化探索,对其进行二次设计,减少浪费和污染,为皮革行业发展寻找一条可实施的低碳化发展之路。首先对涉及的相关概念做解析;然后分析我国皮革行业的市场现状、存在问题及消费特点等,提出边角料二次利用的可行性及必要性;最后对皮革边角料设计低碳化的设计思路以及方法进行了理论及实践探析。Since the industrial revolution, the environment and ecological balance are impacted significant- ly as a result of humanity＇s desires to satisfy their own development. So the establishment of low-carbon green life-style trend is overwhelming, which infiltrating all fields of industry including the leather indus- try. In this paper, it was explored that the utilization of leather scrap in the design of some leather products based on the low-carbon design concept, such as the second design, in order to reduce waste and pollution and to find a way to implementing low-carbon development for the leather industry. Firstly, the related concepts covered in this article were resolved. Then the market situation of China＇s leather industry, and consumer characteristics and other problems were analyzed, and the feasibility and necessity of the sec- ondary utilization of scrap were proposed. Finally, the design ideas and methods to design low-carbon leather scrap were analylized theoretically and practically.
