全民健身视域下高校社会体育指导员培养的“冲突”与“共融”

摘　　要：采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对全民健身视域下的社会体育指导员需求情况、高校社会体育指导员培养现状、高校社会体育指导员培养与社会需求的"冲突"与"共融",以及高校培养主动适应社会需求的社会体育指导员策略等展开深入调查与研究。研究认为,全民健身开展催生社会体育指导员的社会需求,高校为迎合全民健身发展开设社会体育指导与管理专业培养专业社会体育指导员是适应社会体育发展需要的,但目前高校社会体育指导员培养"冲突"大于"共融"。高校在培养专业社会体育指导员过程中应加强市场调研,以主动适应社会需求为导向加强课程改革,加强学科研究,提升办学水平,为全民健身事业健康持续发展提供专业人才服务。Using literature, interviews, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics method, the fitness of social sports instructors, the demand of the social sports instructors training status, the social sports instructors training and social needs of ＂conflict＂ and ＂harmony＂ and university training actively adapt social sports instructor strategy in-depth investigation and study. Studies suggest that fitness activities the birth of social sports instructors in Colleges and universities to meet the needs of society, the development of national fitness provided guidance and management of social sports specialty training professional social sports instructors is to meet the needs of social sports development, but at present the social sports instructors training ＂conflict＂ greater than ＂communion＂. It is proposed that the university should strengthen the market research in the training of professional social sports instructors in the process, in order to adapt to the social demand as the guidance to strengthen the curriculum reform, strengthen the academic research, promoting the level of running a university. To provide professional services for the national fitness cause health and sustainable development.
