摘  要:某多金属矿床经详查探获的钼资源储量达到中等规模,为提高矿床整体的工业意义及价值,对钼矿石开展了多条件试验对比、综合条件开路实验及进一步流程探索等实验。查证了钼精矿品位不达标的主要原因系原矿中含有可浮性好、难于抑制的石墨。经多个条件实验的对比选择确定了最佳选矿工艺流程,钼精矿最终产率0.26%,品位20.03%,回收率66.77%。Through the detailed survey of a polymetallic deposit, a molybdenum resources reserves achieve medium scale, in order to improve the whole deposit industrial significance and value, experiments on mo- lybdenum ore was conducted, including multi--conditional test contrast, comprehensive condition open cir- cuit experiment, further process exploration, etc. The experiments verified the main reason of molybdenum concentrate grade substandard is raw ore contains graphite, good floatability and difficult to restrain. By contrast and selection of multiple conditional experiment, best mineral processing flowsheet was deter- mined, molybdenum concentrate ultimate yield was 0.26%, grade 20.03%, recovery rate 66.77%.
