摘 要:根据某金矿石含有粗颗粒金矿物的矿石性质,采用尼尔森选矿机对该矿石进行重选回收金矿物。试验结果表明,该矿石非常适合在常规磨矿细度条件下采用三段磨矿四段选别的尼尔森选矿机重选工艺流程,确定了最佳条件试验,获得尼尔森重选精矿金品位128.22g/t,金回收率95.93%。According to the analysis of the mineral properties, Knelson concentrator was applied in the labo- ratory testing on benefication of a gold ore with coarse particles. The results indicated that, gravity concen- tration equipment of Knelson concentrator was especially fit to treat the ore by three--stage grinding and four--stage concentration process under the normal grinding fineness condition. The optimum conditions were established by adopting Knelson gravity separation process, and the gold concentrate with the grade and recovery of 128.22g/t and 95.93 %, respectively, was obtained eventually.
