摘 要:通过现场对某水电站工程左岸底孔泄水道破坏部位的详细查看和对原设计的研究分析,认为破坏原因是泄水道体型复杂、空化数低、混凝土表面不平整所致。采用清除冲蚀破坏范围的松动混凝土至完整结实的混凝土面,回填浇筑C40W4F200二级配抗冲耐磨硅粉混凝土,在外表面涂刷SK单组分手刮聚脲等处理措施对泄水道进行修复,取得了较好的效果,为今后泄水建筑物设计及修复处理提供了参考意见。Through the detailed investigation into the failed location of the left bottom outlet and the analysis on its original design of one hydropower station, it is found that the failure of the bottom outlet is caused by the incompacted concrete placement and uneven concrete surface because the outlet passage is complicated in structure and its cavitation coefficient is lower. The failed outlet is repaired by the following measures. The ineompacted concrete in the failed area by scouring is removed so that the integrated and completed concrete surface can be seen. Then the C40W4F200 silicon-powder concrete with good scouring and abrasion resistance is bank-filled. Finally, the SK one-component polyurea is coated on the concrete surface. This method can providc a good reference for design and rehabilitation of outlet structures in the future.
