摘  要:为解决传统变电站后备保护方面存在的问题,利用智能变电站信息共享的优势,提出了适用于智能变电站的基于电流差动原理的后备保护新方案。该方案以变电站及所有出线为保护对象,划分了三层不同特性的保护区,根据其处于制动状态或者差动状态来实现故障定位,对其包含线路差动区的广域层电流差动保护进行了改进,使其不受电容电流影响而误动,并利用共享信息构成变电站内部元件集成保护层,准确定位故障元件。利用PSCAD软件构建了典型变电站仿真模型,对不同运行情况进行了全面仿真,验证了该方案的正确性。To solve the problems of traditional substation backup protection,taking the advantages of information-sharing of the intelligent substation,and based on the differential current principle,we propose a new substation backup protection scheme for intelligent substations. This scheme protects the substation and all the outgoing lines,and divides three differential areas with different characteristics. According to whether it's in the braking state or differential state,it improves the current differential protection in areas which contain circuits to avoid the maloperation when affected by capacitive current. And by information-sharing,it accomplishes the integrated protection for each element inside the substation and the accurate fault location. Using PSCAD we build a typical simulation model to completely simulate different operating state,and finally prove the accuracy of this scheme.
